- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 large garlic bread loaves
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the drained fettuccine to the sauce, mixing well.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice garlic bread loaves in half and hollow out the centers to create bowls.
- Fill the hollowed garlic bread bowls with the creamy chicken Alfredo pasta.
- Place the filled bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, top with sliced grilled chicken, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra garlic flavor, consider brushing the insides of the bread with garlic butter before filling. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days in an airtight container.
