Delicious and easy snack or appetizer combining flaky croissant dough, savory pepperoni, and gooey mozzarella cheese.

- Croissant dough
- Slices of pepperoni
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Egg (for egg wash)
- Optional: Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out your croissant dough and cut it into triangles if necessary.
- At the wide end of each triangle, place a slice of pepperoni followed by a spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Start rolling the dough from the wide end towards the point to form a crescent shape.
- Arrange the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush the top of each croissant with the egg wash.
- Sprinkle optional Italian seasoning over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. Can be stored at room temperature for one day or in the fridge for up to three days.
