- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- If you don’t have cooked chicken ready, boil or bake chicken breasts until fully cooked, then allow to cool and shred into bite-sized pieces.
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, garlic aioli, and cheddar cheese. Mix until evenly coated, then add salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out one tortilla on a clean surface and spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Optional: Place each wrap on a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side to warm and melt the cheese.
- Cut the wraps in half and serve them warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a fresh salad.
Notes
Wraps can be made ahead of time; store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Optional freezing for longer storage.
