Description

Delicious wraps filled with tender chicken, creamy garlic aioli, and gooey cheddar cheese, perfect for lunch or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. If you don’t have cooked chicken ready, boil or bake chicken breasts until fully cooked, then allow to cool and shred into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, garlic aioli, and cheddar cheese. Mix until evenly coated, then add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay out one tortilla on a clean surface and spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  5. Optional: Place each wrap on a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side to warm and melt the cheese.
  6. Cut the wraps in half and serve them warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a fresh salad.

Notes

Wraps can be made ahead of time; store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Optional freezing for longer storage.
