Description

These Cheeseburger Sliders are small in size but big on flavor — juicy beef, melty cheese, and soft buns baked to golden perfection. Perfect for parties, game nights, or family dinners, they’re the ultimate crowd-pleasing mini burgers everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 lbs ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls

6 slices cheddar or American cheese, halved

1/4 cup diced onions (optional)

1 tbsp butter, melted

1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Optional toppings: pickles, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with foil.

2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain excess grease.

3. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in diced onions if using.

4. Slice the entire sheet of slider buns horizontally (keep the top and bottom halves intact).

5. Place bottom halves in the baking dish and spread the cooked beef evenly over them.

6. Layer cheese slices over the beef, then place the top halves of the buns on top.

7. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

8. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes.

9. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

10. Slice and serve warm with your favorite condiments.

Notes

Use Hawaiian rolls for extra softness and sweetness.

Add bacon or caramelized onions for a gourmet twist.

Make them spicy with pepper jack cheese or jalapeños.

Perfect for meal prep — reheat in the oven for 5 minutes to restore crispiness.

Try a variety of cheeses: cheddar, Swiss, provolone, or even blue cheese for bold flavor.
