Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- Cream the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add granulated sugar and beat until creamy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in peach puree and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cupcakes in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Top with fresh peach slices and drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh, ripe peaches. Adjust sweetness by increasing sugar or adding more honey on top when serving.
