Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup strongly brewed coffee
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine granulated sugar, unsalted butter, and heavy cream in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until boiling.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in brewed coffee, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
  6. Once firm, cut into squares and serve.
