Instructions

- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and cream over medium heat, stirring continuously.
- Once boiling, cook for an additional 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in chopped green apples gently.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
