Description

A fresh and flavorful Caesar salad with crisp romaine, crunchy croutons, and creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup croutons (optional)
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly to remove any dirt or grit.
  2. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the chopped romaine lettuce in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add croutons if you like a little crunch.
  5. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad, coating the lettuce evenly.
  6. Toss everything together gently using tongs or a salad fork.
  7. Add grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad.
  8. Season with black pepper to taste.
  9. Serve immediately as a side dish or main dish.

Notes

Best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container but keep dressing separate to prevent sogginess.
