Ingredients

- 8 ounces rotini or fusilli pasta
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, adding salt to the boiling water. Drain and let cool.
- Combine the cooled pasta with chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, black olives, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
- Add the Caesar dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently.
- Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste and mix again.
- Serve chilled as a side dish or light meal.
Notes
For a beautiful presentation, garnish with more Parmesan or croutons. Can be made ahead of time, but add dressing just before serving for crunch.
