Description

A hearty Caesar Pasta Salad combining classic Caesar flavors and pasta for a delightful dish perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces rotini or fusilli pasta
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, adding salt to the boiling water. Drain and let cool.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta with chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, black olives, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Add the Caesar dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently.
  4. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste and mix again.
  5. Serve chilled as a side dish or light meal.

Notes

For a beautiful presentation, garnish with more Parmesan or croutons. Can be made ahead of time, but add dressing just before serving for crunch.
