Ingredients

  • 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup (32g) cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups (360ml) buttermilk
  • ¾ cup (180ml) milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.
  2. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Mix wet ingredients in a separate medium bowl.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Cook the waffles according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
