These Buffalo Chicken Wraps are the ultimate spicy, satisfying lunch — tender shredded chicken tossed in tangy buffalo sauce, wrapped in a soft tortilla with crisp lettuce, creamy ranch, and cheese. Quick, bold, and downright addictive!
Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or grilled)
1/3 cup buffalo sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
1 tbsp butter, melted
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup diced tomatoes or chopped celery
Optional: sliced avocado or red onion for topping
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with melted butter and buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
2. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
3. Lay out each tortilla and spread 1 tablespoon of ranch or blue cheese dressing down the center.
4. Add a layer of shredded lettuce, tomatoes or celery, and cheese.
5. Spoon buffalo chicken mixture on top of the veggies.
6. Add optional avocado or onion slices if desired.
7. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
8. Cut in half and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil for an on-the-go meal.
Notes
Use grilled chicken breast for a leaner version or crispy chicken strips for extra crunch.
Swap ranch for Greek yogurt dressing for a lighter twist.
