Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Once browned, add garlic, ginger, onion, bell pepper, and broccoli to the pan.
  5. Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes, until vegetables are tender and beef is cooked through.
