1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup crushed Oreos (about 8 cookies)
3/4 cup M&M’s (plus extra for topping)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

5. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
6. Fold in crushed Oreos, M&M’s, and chocolate chips.

10. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
Use mini M&M’s for more even distribution and extra color.
Substitute peanut butter M&M’s or Golden Oreos for fun variations.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days — they stay soft and chewy!
