Description

Creamy, nutty, and packed with protein — these Frozen Peanut Butter Protein Pops are the ultimate post-workout or summer fitness snack! Made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and protein powder for a refreshing and nutritious boost.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Mini chocolate chips or crushed peanuts (optional)

Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, honey, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.

2. Whisk or blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Fold in mini chocolate chips or crushed peanuts if desired.

4. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.

5. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight, until fully set.

6. To serve, run warm water briefly over the outside of the mold to release pops easily.

7. Enjoy after workouts or as a cool, guilt-free snack.

Notes

For a chocolate twist, use chocolate protein powder and drizzle with melted dark chocolate before freezing.

Use almond or cashew butter for a nut-free alternative.

Adjust sweetness with honey or stevia to taste.

Perfect for meal prep — keep a stash in your freezer all summer long!
