Instructions

- Mix in the mashed banana, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, folding gently until just combined.
- Incorporate the chocolate chips evenly into the dough.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers remain soft.
