Description

  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare baking sheets lined with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the mashed banana, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, folding gently until just combined.
  6. Incorporate the chocolate chips evenly into the dough.
  7. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers remain soft.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
