Ingredients

- 1 can of biscuit dough
- 2 cups of cooked roast beef, shredded
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 cup of Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the shredded roast beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit to about a 4-5 inch diameter.
- Place a scoop of the beef mixture on top of each flattened biscuit.
- Top each with a sprinkle of shredded Swiss cheese.
- Fold the biscuit over to form a pocket and seal the edges tightly.
- Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Heat the beef broth in a saucepan until warm.
- Serve the baked biscuits with warm beef broth for dipping.
