4 large egg whites, room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Sliced almonds for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
3. Gradually add granulated sugar and continue beating until stiff, glossy peaks form.
4. Gently fold in almond flour, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
5. Transfer batter to a piping bag or spoon into small mounds on prepared baking sheets.
6. Sprinkle tops with sliced almonds.
7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until lightly golden and set.
8. Allow cookies to cool completely before removing from parchment.
Notes
