Description
A delightful dessert combining sweet ripe bananas and crispy spring roll wrappers, made healthier in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 spring roll wrappers
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Cooking spray or oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Take a spring roll wrapper and place 1-2 tablespoons of the banana mixture in the center.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll it up tightly.
- Lightly spray or brush the egg rolls with oil.
- Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket and cook for 7-8 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Best served warm. Can be paired with chocolate sauce, ice cream, or whipped cream.
