Description

A delightful dessert combining sweet ripe bananas and crispy spring roll wrappers, made healthier in an air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Cooking spray or oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the cinnamon and brown sugar.
  3. Take a spring roll wrapper and place 1-2 tablespoons of the banana mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the wrapper over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll it up tightly.
  5. Lightly spray or brush the egg rolls with oil.
  6. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket and cook for 7-8 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Best served warm. Can be paired with chocolate sauce, ice cream, or whipped cream.
